Shadows on the Hudson

Winter is a difficult time for waterfront restaurants to stay busy. To combat this we created monthly specials to draw people back inside to our cozy venue. I coordinated with the Shadows on the Hudson staff to prepare dishes and drink specials for 3 upcoming specials. Directing videographer and colleague RossMedia, we were able to shoot all necessary footage for the next 3 months. Using Adobe Premiere, I edited the shot footage together with pre-recorded radio spots to promote on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

I also took the opportunity to photograph as many dishes as possible to maximize our time and lower the budget.
