Something Different Party Rental (SDPR), a well-established regional event rental company, sought to elevate their brand and expand their reach. They needed a strategy to differentiate themselves as more than just a rental company, but as a trusted partner in crafting truly unique and unforgettable events.

While competitors focused on generic equipment rentals, SDPR offered a curated selection of high-quality, unique items that set them apart. However, their visual identity wasn’t effectively communicating this distinct advantage.

“Dare To Be Different”:
A Customizable Tagline for Versatility

My solution was to develop a comprehensive creative strategy that amplified SDPR’s brand voice and showcased their unique products using high-quality images from past events.

Their name inspired their new tagline “Dare To Be Different.” This phrase embodies the brand’s persona as a creative solution for unique and stand-out events. It also allows for customization with prepended messaging to target specific audiences or products.

For example, when marketing a partnership with SERAX, a high-quality handcrafted tableware company, we used “Handcrafted For Those Who Dare To Be Different” to highlight their exclusive rental partnership with SDPR in the USA.

Targeted Advertising: Grabbing Attention with Bold Creatives

We didn’t just create eye-catching banner ads and digital billboards; we infused them with clever taglines like “The Difference is in the Details” and for a new product line of virtually unbreakable glassware “Unbreakable Drinkware for Your Unbreakable Style” to spark curiosity and set Something Different apart from the competition. These bold visuals effectively differentiated SDPR and piqued the interest of potential customers seeking unique event rentals.

Storytelling Through Video Reels: Showcasing Fun and Functionality

To further engage potential clients, we crafted captivating video reels showcasing new products and stunning visuals from real events produced by Something Different Party Rentals. These videos didn’t just display products; they captured the essence of SDPR with a fun vibe. Fast movements, upbeat music, and exciting visuals brought the party atmosphere to life.

Guiding Clients with a User-Friendly Lookbook

Attracting customers with stunning visuals is just the first step. We also needed to ensure a smooth and effortless experience once they arrived.

SDPR relied on bulky catalogs filled with technical details for every product they carried, the vast majority of which weren’t even offered at their shop. This cumbersome approach made it difficult for clients to navigate and select items for their events.

To address this challenge, I collaborated with the SDPR team to curate a beautiful lookbook. This user-friendly guide showcased essential product details, inspiring collection themes, and high-quality product images. By streamlining the selection process, the lookbook empowered clients to confidently choose the perfect rentals for their vision.

Nurturing Leads with Engaging Email Marketing

We leveraged email marketing to nurture leads, build relationships, and keep our audience engaged. I crafted compelling email campaigns that kept our subscribers engaged and informed. These emails included exciting new product spotlights, showcasing the latest additions to the SDPR inventory.
